Golden Tech Solutions LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates GoldenIris, a unified content intelligence and execution platform accessible at app.goldeniris.ai and goldeniris.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services.

By accessing or using GoldenIris, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you register for GoldenIris, we collect your name, email address, company name, job title, and a password. If you sign up through a third-party identity provider (such as Google or Microsoft), we receive the profile information authorized by that provider.

Content Data

GoldenIris stores the content you create, edit, approve, and publish through the platform. This includes brand profiles, voice profiles, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) data, draft content, approved content, publishing schedules, and AI-generated outputs. Content data is associated with your account and brand workspace.

Usage Analytics

We collect information about how you interact with GoldenIris, including pages visited, features used, actions taken, session duration, browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URLs. This data is used to improve the platform and understand user behavior.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. We retain billing records including transaction IDs, subscription tier, payment dates, and the last four digits of your card as provided by Stripe for billing management purposes.

Communications

When you contact us for support or send us email, we retain those communications to assist you and improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Service Delivery: To provision your account, operate your brand workspaces, process content through AI integrations, and publish content to connected destinations.
Billing and Account Management: To process subscription payments, manage plan upgrades or downgrades, and send invoices and receipts.
Product Improvement: To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and develop new features. Aggregate and anonymized analytics are used; we do not sell individual usage data.
Communications: To send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets, billing receipts), product updates, and support responses. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.
Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, abuse, and violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful government requests, and enforce our agreements.

3. Data Storage and Security

GoldenIris is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure located in the East US region. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Encryption of data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
Role-based access controls limiting employee access to customer data
Regular security assessments and vulnerability management
Multi-factor authentication for administrative access

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Sub-Processors

We use third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to help deliver GoldenIris. A full list is maintained at goldeniris.ai/sub-processors. Key sub-processors include:

BYOK Notice: Customers who use Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) direct their AI content data to their own API providers. Those providers are subject to your agreements with them, not this Privacy Policy.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

Sub-Processors: As described above, only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, provided the successor commits to this Privacy Policy.
Protection of Rights: When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Golden Tech Solutions LLC, our users, or the public.

6. Cookies

GoldenIris uses cookies and similar tracking technologies for session management, security (CSRF protection), and user preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and content for the duration of your subscription. After account deletion or subscription termination, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for recovery and then permanently delete it from our active systems. Anonymized aggregate analytics data may be retained indefinitely. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes.

8. Your Rights

All Users

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal retention obligations).
Portability: Request an export of your content data in a machine-readable format.
Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

GDPR (EU/EEA Residents)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to object to processing, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is typically contract performance (to provide the service you subscribed to), legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention, product improvement), and consent (marketing communications). For EU data transfers, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses as the transfer mechanism.

CCPA (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete personal information, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. 9. Children’s Privacy

GoldenIris is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the GoldenIris application at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of GoldenIris after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
