Sub-Processors

This page lists the third-party sub-processors that Golden Tech Solutions LLC uses to deliver the GoldenIris platform. A sub-processor is any third-party entity that processes personal data on our behalf as part of delivering the service.

This list is maintained in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement. We will update this page and provide 30 days’ advance notice of new sub-processors via email to account administrators before they begin processing personal data.

BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys)

Important: Customers who use the Bring Your Own Keys (BYOK) feature configure GoldenIris to route AI requests through their own API provider accounts (e.g., their own Anthropic, OpenAI, or other accounts). In BYOK mode, your AI content data is transmitted directly to your chosen provider under your own agreement with that provider — not through GoldenIris’s built-in sub-processor relationships listed above. Golden Tech Solutions LLC is not responsible for the data handling practices of your BYOK providers. Please review your providers’ data processing agreements directly.

Sub-Processor Changes

Golden Tech Solutions LLC may add or replace sub-processors from time to time. We will:

Update this page with the new sub-processor details
Provide at least 30 days’ advance notice to account administrators via email
Allow customers to raise objections as described in our Data Processing Agreement
