You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
GoldenIris offers the following subscription tiers:

Your use of GoldenIris is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use GoldenIris for any purpose that violates applicable law, these Terms, or the rights of others.
GoldenIris and all associated software, algorithms, user interfaces, documentation, and platform content are owned by Golden Tech Solutions LLC or its licensors.
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through GoldenIris, including brand profiles, drafts, and published materials.
Content generated by AI within GoldenIris is treated as User Content for ownership purposes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publication.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLDEN TECH SOLUTIONS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Tech Solutions LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your use of the Service.
You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes where required.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with related policies, constitute the full agreement between you and Golden Tech Solutions LLC.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
