This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the GoldenIris platform by all users, including account holders, team members, and any individuals accessing GoldenIris under a subscription (“you” or “User”). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the GoldenIris Terms of Service.

We built GoldenIris for legitimate business content creation. This policy exists to protect our platform, our customers, and the broader public from harmful or illegal uses.

1. Permitted Uses

GoldenIris is designed and licensed for the following uses:

  • Business Content Creation: Creating, editing, approving, and publishing content for legitimate business purposes, including marketing copy, blog posts, social media, and thought leadership content.
  • Brand Management: Building and managing brand profiles, voice profiles, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for your organization or your clients.
  • AI-Assisted Writing: Using GoldenIris’s built-in AI tools or your own API keys (BYOK) to assist in drafting, refining, and optimizing content within the platform.
  • Team Collaboration: Inviting team members to collaborate on content within the brand workspaces authorized under your subscription plan.
  • Multi-Channel Publishing: Scheduling and publishing content to connected destinations including websites, LinkedIn, and other authorized platforms.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Accessing usage and performance data within GoldenIris to inform content strategy.

2. Prohibited Uses — General

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Illegal and Harmful Content

  • Creating, distributing, or publishing content that is illegal under applicable local, state, federal, or international law.
  • Generating content that sexually exploits or depicts minors in any manner. Any such use will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
  • Creating content that defames, harasses, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups.
  • Producing content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Using GoldenIris to create mass unsolicited messages, spam campaigns, or bulk outreach not in compliance with applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).
  • Generating content designed to deceive recipients about the sender’s identity or commercial intent.

Security Attacks and Abuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to GoldenIris systems, accounts, or data.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of GoldenIris infrastructure.
  • Introducing malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code.
  • Launching denial-of-service attacks against GoldenIris or third parties.

Unauthorized Scraping and Extraction

  • Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from GoldenIris using automated means beyond normal use.
  • Extracting AI model outputs in bulk to train competing AI systems.

Unauthorized Resale and Access Sharing

  • Reselling, sublicensing, or providing access to GoldenIris to third parties without authorization from Golden Tech Solutions LLC.
  • Sharing login credentials across multiple individuals or organizations under a single account.
  • Circumventing subscription seat limits, brand limits, or usage caps through any means.

3. Prohibited Uses — AI-Specific

GoldenIris incorporates AI content generation capabilities. The following AI-specific uses are prohibited:

  • Misinformation at Scale: Using GoldenIris to generate, publish, or distribute false or misleading information at scale, including fabricated news, false scientific claims, or election disinformation.
  • Synthetic Identity Fraud: Generating content designed to impersonate real individuals, fabricate statements attributed to real people, or create synthetic personas for fraudulent purposes.
  • Deepfakes: Using GoldenIris or its AI integrations to produce deepfake images, audio, or video content intended to deceive.
  • Academic Fraud: Generating academic papers, essays, or submissions to be presented as the original work of someone other than the generating party in academic or professional contexts where AI assistance is prohibited.
  • Discriminatory Content: Generating content that discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, national origin, or other protected characteristics.
  • Automated Influence Operations: Creating networks of fake accounts or coordinated inauthentic content designed to artificially manipulate public discourse or opinion.

4. Enforcement

Golden Tech Solutions LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Enforcement actions may include:

Minor / First Violation Warning notice with required remediation within 7 days
Repeat or Moderate Violation Temporary account suspension pending review
Serious Violation Immediate account termination without refund
Illegal Activity Immediate termination, preservation of evidence, referral to law enforcement

We may take action without prior notice in cases involving imminent harm, active security threats, or violations involving minors.

Golden Tech Solutions LLC is not responsible for User Content and does not pre-screen content. We respond to reports and investigate apparent violations upon becoming aware of them.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP — whether by another user or otherwise — please report it to:

Include as much detail as possible: the nature of the violation, the account involved (if known), and any relevant examples or evidence. We take all reports seriously and investigate within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of GoldenIris after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
